Jamaican Jerk

This top-ranking, Caribbean-inspired sauce has been the “One Love” of countless wing-eaters since we opened. Its flavor complexity is unmatched—spicy, sweet, tangy, and perfectly savory—and it’s the perfect sauce to lively up any dish. V GF

Buffalo Mild

We made our Buffalo Mild sauce because—let’s be honest—El Jefe isn’t for everyone. This sauce has a Frank’s Red Hot base with plenty of butter, and a few other ingredients to help tame the heat for our more spice-challenged wing-eaters. GF

Buffalo Medium

Our proud rendition of classic Buffalo Wing sauce. This will kick up the endorphins a little bit but is manageable for most. A house favorite! GF

Buffalo Hot

Our spiced-up version of traditional Buffalo Wing sauce perfectly blends heat and tanginess. If Medium isn't quite enough, well, some like it Hot. GF

This cult favorite is simple on ingredients, but dynamic on taste. Slightly sweetened, this bright and beautiful blend features the smooth heat of habanero with the fruity tang of raspberries. Bourbon Chipotle

The robust flavors of bourbon and chipotle combine with a subtle hint of citrus to create this smoky delight. Great on everything, our Bourbon Chipotle can hold its own against flavors twice its size. And who doesn’t love bourbon? V GF

Extra Hot

We make this spicy little number for those who like their dials set to 11. Hotter than socks on a rooster, this sauce features jalapeños, habaneros, black pepper, and a little dose of capsicum extract. Smooth and very spicy. V GF

El Jefe

This sauce is so outrageous it was featured on the Food Network. We hit this mouth-burner with an arsenal of jalapeño and habanero peppers, and then finish it with a hefty pour of capsicum extract. Delicious, painful, and doubles as bear repellent. V GF
